Birch

Birch is a product of multiple species of Betula found throughout Northern Europe and Russia.

Heartwood tends to be a light reddish brown, with nearly white sapwood. The grain tends to be straight or slightly wavy with a fine and even texture.

Birch is easy to work with and can be planed / moulded to a good clean finish.

Common uses for Birch are furniture and flooring.
